At the time of registration and collection, representative of interested parties must:
a. Present the tender registration fee in the form of a non-refundable bank deposit slip to ORYX GTL with the Tender reference number and Company name endorsed on the back of the bank deposit slip;
b. Provide a copy of appropriate Commercial Registration.
c. Provide an original letter clearly authorizing the representative to register and collect the document on behalf of the Tenderer and produce an identity card for verification.
COMPANIES WHO HAVE PAID THE NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE BUT FAILED TO FORMALLY REGISTER AT THE DATE AND TIME STATED ABOVE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS ACCEPTABLE TENDERER.
TENDER BOND SHALL BE ISSUED BY A BANK REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF QATAR.
على الشركات التي ترغب في التسجيل والحصول على وثيقة المناقصة المذكورة أعلاه تسديد رسوم التسجيل ومن ثم التسجيل لدى شركة أوريكس لتحويل الغاز إلى سوائل المحدودة (ش.م.ق) وفق التفاصيل التالية:
رسوم المناقصة 500 ريال قطري (غير قابلة للرد)
تدفع لحساب شركة أوريكس لتحويل الغاز إلى سوائل المحدودة (ش.م.ق)

عند وقت التسجيل والإستلام يجب على الراغبين تقديم:
• إيصال يثبت تسديد رسوم المناقصة مع الإشارة إلى رقم المناقصة وذكر اسم الشركة في ظهر إيصال تسديد رسوم المناقصة.
• صورة من السجل التجاري.
• خطاب تخويل رسمي من الشركة لتسجيل المناقصة وإستلام وثائق المناقصة نيابة عن الشركة مع تقديم إثبات الهوية.
إن الشركات التي تدفع رسوم التسجيل في المناقصة ولكنها لم تسجل في التاريخ والوقت المحددين لن تعتبر مقبولة للإشتراك في المناقصة.
يجب أن يكون التأمين المؤقت صادرا عن بنك مسجل لدى دولة قطر.
