Companies wishing to register their interest and obtain Tender Document for the above Tender must pay a non-refundable registration fee and register with ORYX GTL as detailed below

At the time of registration and collection, representative of interested parties must:

1. Present the tender registration fee in the form of a non-refundable bank deposit slip to ORYX GTL with the Tender reference number and Company name endorsed on the back of the bank deposit slip;
2. Provide a copy of appropriate Commercial Registration.
3. Provide an original letter clearly authorizing the representative to register and collect the document on behalf of the Tenderer and produce an identity card for verification.

COMPANIES WHO HAVE PAID THE NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE BUT FAILED TO FORMALLY REGISTER AT THE DATE AND TIME STATED ABOVE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS ACCEPTABLE TENDERER.

TENDER BOND SHALL BE ISSUED BY A BANK REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF QATAR.
